Rheora · web app · Postgres + RLS

A light task & release tracker for solo builders

Rheora is for running one real backlog: from a quick Inbox note through triage and planning to Kanban and closing a release — in the browser, without sprint ceremony or “enterprise” pricing.

For indie devs, freelancers, and one-person founders. Fast capture with N, keyboard-first workflow, public bug reporting, and — if you want — the same backlog for you and your agent in Cursor (MCP, REST, webhooks). Comments starting with /agent go to a review queue instead of vanishing in chat.

No card. Magic link. No password to forget.

Features

What you get — and what each piece actually does

Why it matters in practice first, then one sentence on how it works. No marketing fluff.

Inbox

Ideas don’t vanish before you flesh them out

Press N from anywhere — one line and it’s in the Inbox; you go back to work. Priority, tags, and release you pick later, when you know what’s worth doing.

Triage

End the endless “later” pile

In seconds you move items from Inbox to backlog, attach to a release, or file a bug — mostly from the keyboard, no long forms.

Write RLS migration for comments
→ Backlog→ v1.2 (2d)bug · prod
Board

See work in progress without a sprint board

Todo → In progress → Done, drag-and-drop, filters by tag, priority, and type. Just enough structure for one person — no story points or planning poker.

Testers and clients report bugs without an account

You generate an /r/… link and share it. Reports land in your Inbox; honeypot + per-IP limits cut spam and bots.

Agent & API

Same backlog for you and Cursor — you approve

PAT token, MCP, REST, and webhooks: tasks, comments, proposed changes (human-in-the-loop). New agent proposal? Toast in the browser and a tab title badge — you see it immediately.

FAQ

Questions people actually asked

Is my data really mine?+

Yes. Rheora runs on Supabase — Postgres + RLS. Each project is an island; only the owner has access (policy with auth.uid()). SQL export is on the roadmap.

Will it handle my 10-person team?+

No. Rheora is for solo builders — one person, one context, no “who was supposed to do this?”. If you need queues, roles, reviewers, and planning poker — we’re deliberately not building that.

What does it cost?+

Free works forever with 1 project. Premium (up to 10 projects, SQL export, your own AI key) ships when there’s a real list of people who need it. Get in touch — you’ll hear first.

How does AI work in Premium?+

Bring-your-own-key: you supply OpenAI, Claude, or a local LLM, and Rheora uses it for helpers — classifying Inbox items, breaking tasks into steps, tag suggestions, changelogs from done work. Data stays with you and your AI provider; we just wire it up.

How do public bug links work?+

In Settings you generate /r/abc123. You send it to testers/clients. They file without an account — it lands in your Inbox. Anti-spam: honeypot + per-IP rate limit + owner toggle to disable the link.
